Yes. The Chrome extension and the iOS app are completely free. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no promotion tiers. We may add an optional Pro plan later for power users, but everything described on this page is free forever.
Do you collect my data?
No. Nope has no accounts and no telemetry. All settings live on your device. We never see what you browse.
Will Instagram or YouTube break?
No. Nope only hides chrome: feeds, tabs, shelves, and recommendations. Posts, watch pages, search, and DMs keep working normally.
What if I want my feeds back?
Open Nope and flip any toggle off. Changes apply instantly on Chrome, and within ~1.5 seconds on Safari iOS.
Does it work on mobile browsers?
Yes, on iPhone and iPad the Nope app opens Instagram and YouTube itself, and a Safari extension does the same in Safari. Android browsers do not support web extensions, so the iOS app is the only mobile option today.
